ok, i know weld in is better ,but i don't have any access to a welder and these shops charge too much. but i need to find the cheapest bolt- in sub frame connectors. i'm tired of the car twisting on launches ,and if i just want to put one side up on ramps it throws the hood out of whack.

You have a delima for sure. I think you may be wasting your money on bolt-on but I haven't tried them either. Maybe it's better than nothing. The convertable guy's can correct me here but I think there's a x-brance or other stifening plates used on the top down cars.

Bolt on are better than nothing but....
Save a little money by grinding the weld places clean, bolt yours on, then take it to be welded. All they'd hafta do then is give it a quick wipe & weld.
