10 spoke SS wheels won't fit
I tried bolting my my 10 spoke SS wheels tonight but they wouldn't fit on the rear. I have a 4th gen axle out of a 95 Camaro Z28. The center hole is maybe a tenth too small, actually probably less that that. Has anyone had this problem?

I used a dremel and hand file, only a few minutes on each wheel, you don't have to take much off.

I doubt that would do it. 93 to mid 96, the center "Hub" of the axles were slightly larger then on the rest of the 92-02 axles. For some reason, I have 0.03 of an inch larger in my head, but I could be wrong about that number. Because it didn't come from an actual 1st hand measurement. But if it is correct, sanding the rust off the hub and wheel just might do it.
I still think you will need to grind the wheel though. I installed my rear (cleaned up, no rust) this summer, and my wheels only had a little rust on them. And I still had to dremel and grind a bit to get my 02 Transam wheels on my 95 rear. I plan on doing it with the front wheels too. It doesn't matter, because the wheels are lug centric, not hub centric. Plus, by just cleaning and WD40ing it, will make it harder to get off next time you have to take them off.
