THE rear wheel & tire to use (pics)

Just got my new tires put on, 325/50/15's on 15"x10" wheels at a 6.5" BS. Took a really heavy hammer, but that was all. I suppose it should have more room and cut off the bump stop, but it's good for now.
Comparing width with the old 275/50/15's: http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f3...t82z/Tires.jpg

so what control arm are you using and how far is the tire from it? I could really do for a set of those meats for track visits. Probably waaaaay too much tire for me, but i have so much room in the wheel wells, its a shame not to use it.

***edit***
ahh i see the control arm in the pic, how did it miss that? They should fit like a glove! I may have to pick up a set next spring

thats nothing, i have 335/30/18's on the rear, and can fit a 345, and probably a 355, and still be nicely tucked inside the fender

It's about 1/2 inch away from the LCA, just a little on the tight side of fitting. I just don't know how so many people use a 5.5" backspace on 10" wide wheels, that would put my tires much too far out to be correct.
