Re: question about steering 84 z28
Seems fairly normal--at least on my IROC. The limited slip would have nothing to do with it.

Check your steering system for looseness/worn parts.Rag joint, ball joints, toe in,alighnment, strut bearings.Tires rubbing the rubber gaurd in the wheel well when turning hard/sharply into parking spots/u-turns can also cause slight concerns.
Re: question about steering 84 z28
I would check the steering system for anything worn.
In addition, something to think about. If you see something with a real tall tire it's more noticable, but when you turn sharp, the rear tires want to push the front. Because the rear tires push straight, the front tires are going to try to slide the car straight forward. This inturn rolls the tires, and while the car does turn the tires do slide.
FWD shouldn't have this problem as the tires that are turned are the driving tires and are pulling the car.
One more thing, if you are turning the wheel till it stops and holding it, don't. It heats the fluid and overworks the pump. If you turn it all the way so you know you are turning as sharp as you can then back it off a little your fine.
