TDS Wonderbar/Spohn Swaybar
I have Spohn's 36mm front swaybar and TDS Wonderbar, the two touch when the swaybar frame mounts are tightened, this seems it would be a problem with suspension travel.
Has anyone else installed this combination of parts or had this problem? I've looked at it many time, can't see anything I could have installed incorrectly. Wonderbar goes on only one way... The swaybar doesn't seem to be upsidedown when looking at pictures from manuals, I'm at a loss. Maybe it's just what I get for mixing aftermarket parts.
Any photos or explainations would be helpfull.
Thanks,

Check the following for positioning reference (Global West steering box brace and 36 mm sway):

Re: TDS Wonderbar/Spohn Swaybar
I have sat underthere trying to figure if something wasn't installed right, but there is only one way to install TDS' wonderbar, with the three holes per side, you can not install it upside down because the holes are offset differently on the right and left side. I'll try to get a photo up tomorrow, but it seems to be a known fitment issue (per Lon at TDS).
Lon, from TDS has been great. He got back to me with an e-mail explaining that a spacer is required with this part combination. Lon's wonderbar sits in the stock location. The swaybar I got from Spohn was actually the solid 1-5/16 (which I guess is closer to 34mm, sorry). Looking at the photo on Spohn's web site with their wonderbar/swaybar, they are close together in comparison to the OE swaybar/Spohn wonderbar photo. Spohn's wonderbar is located in a different location than OE, hence some of the posts I read on Spohn's wonderbar interfeing with OE dual fan setups.

I have nothing against Spohn's products, so far other than the swaybar, everything has installed/fit great and I can't wait to try them out.

Re: TDS Wonderbar/Spohn Swaybar
I have this combo as well, they were touching ever so slightly when raised but when i got under (not fully under hehe, our cars are really low!) enough to see that once on the ground it seemed ok.
Oddly enough, the sway bar I took off looked to be the same size as Spohn's so I'm wondering if the previous owner changed it or if that was stock!
