Front End issues
Hello everyone. My 1986 Iroc-Z is having some front end issues. It pulls to the right (not horribly, but plenty) and my new tires are wearing on the outside. The alignment place did it twice and it still pulls and wears on the tires. They replaced the center link, but I was having this problem before the work. At least with the new center link it doesn't jerk when turning at high speeds.
I did have to make an abrupt stop yesterday, but today I noticed a wine comming from the front brakes, so I pulled the front wheels and found that the pads are craked on the inside, toward the wheel-well and that gay piece of metal that makes the damn noise is right up against the rotors. It seems weird that they both just cracked like that. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks.

Re: Front End issues
Take it to another shop and have them check the alignment. If your pads are cracked and the metal is touching, you probably need new pads.
