steering geerbox mount damage - need help

Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: axle?? got me.. 3.73:1 gears
steering geerbox mount damage - need help
Well, i just got my 2nd 89 iroc 350tpi...
it needed a steering gear (steering was all over the place), so i ordered one from summit racing and had i installed and got alignment. the guy who installed it said my frame was cracked. i looked at it and not only is it cracked, but there is a hole where the bottom bolt of the steering gear mounts. so i can actually steer/drive the car now but it is all "squirrely" and when you turn the wheel on the alignment rack you can see the steering gear move.
so any ideas on how or if this can be fixed? can that front subframe (that is what the geerbox mounts to, right?) be replaced? does anyone know how big a job that is?
