85 Trans Am Tire Size work?

I have a 1985 Trans am 5.0 TPI and the stock tire size for it is 245 50 15 and was wondering if i could get 275 50 15 for the rear and 245 50 15 for the front if it would work good Thanks.

I know there's no problem for those on the rear, but I've never put that tall or wide of a tire on the front. I'd guess it'd still fit on the front though.

Re: 85 Trans Am Tire Size work?

I have an 85 trans am and currently have 245 60 15 tires on the front with the stock wheels and they fit fine. So much so I am thinking about seeing if I can go a little wider.
