painted wheels

hey guys i got some stock z28 wheels that have been completly painted grey. i would like to get the paint off the outter lip and inside lips. how can i do this with out messing up the aluminum face? any ideas would be great. thanks

Some kind of metal safe paint stripper would work. Like aircraft stripper I would think. If you plan to repaint it, you'll have to do a really good job of cleaning them and use a degreaser/de-waxer as well to make the paint stick.
