Engine: TPI 305
Transmission: T 5
Axle/Gears: 3.45 Posi 9 bolt
Will I need spacers?

Found a set of wheels i like. They are 18x8s with a 20mm offset. Will they work without spacers or what will have to be done to make them work?

My 89 has 17X8.5 wheels with 26mm offset. No spacers required, though I am a bit close to the tie rod end, but no issues with rubbing.

Cool so with less offset i shouldn't need any. That will save a little money
