17x11 ZR1 problems

put the 17x11s on with 315s. new england's roads are junk right now and im getting some serious rubbing. im hitting potholes and the tires are hitting and cracking my fenders. i dont want to put the 9.5s back on so is there any stiffer shocks to put on it to prevent this. if there are other solutions im open to any suggestion

Re: 17x11 ZR1 problems

is the car lowered? maybe raise it back up a little.

Whats the condition of the rest of the suspension?

Roll the fender lip to gain some room, and adjustable panhard if you dont have one so you can make sure the rear is centered and have enough clearance as possible.

or

Clearance the inside of the wheel well more and tuck the wheels in a little more so they dont hit the fender.

the car isnt lowered and the suspension looks good but the rear looks a little lower than the front. is there a way to raise up the rear so that when the springs depress all the way they dont hit the fender lips.

Re: 17x11 ZR1 problems

You could get moog replacement springs and new isolators. The springs are probably saggy and the isolators are probably flat. As for shocks there are Konis Red or Yellows which are quite stiffer than OEM.
