steering box removal?

i am in the process of removing the steering box. I have everything off and the steering box is free, the only thing still connected is the pit arm, i tried unbolting it from the suspension but wont even budge, so i tried unbolting it from the box but still wont budge, is there a special way to remove it or do i need to use more force?

on bolt the connection to the centerlink, its a ball joint, so its a wedge fit connection. You need a separator, pickle fork, and beat it in between the ball and the pitman arm. Or, screw the nut back onto the ball joint so that its loose, and just a tad higher than the threads, give it a could hard whacks with a 2lb hammer, and it should break loose.

Thanks alot, I bought a puller from autozone but was using it wrong... I got the puller between the ball and arm and used the bolt to pop it off!
