Buy a special removing socket. They're available from Mac tools or Snap-on. You could also try hammering on a 12 point socket that's slightly smaller in size. You'll usually destroy the socket but might be able to remove the lug nut.

Tighten the crap outta the other 4 lugnuts. Then use a big set of pliers on the locker. Let me know if it works.
I had to do this, when I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat and the lugnut key stripped. Good thing I thought to do it, I was nowhere near a phone or civiliation. Did I mention how far i threw that locking lug nut when I got it off?

Weld a regular lug nut onto the locking lug nut. Then remove. Protect the rim from weld splatter with a shield of sheet metal. Worked for me. I found my key the next day. 8^(

Ditto on JJ
You just tap a slightly smaller socket over the nut, and unscrew it. Easy!!!!
