Lowering car ate my Balljoints....

....so I bought some new ones (Moog). I lowered my car by means of some Jamex Springs, but after I did this, I read a lot about how using springs on the front will kill your balljoints. Should I take out the springs, buy some Belltech drop spindles, and replace the springs with new 1LE stockers? By doing that, I dont think I will damage my balljoints. How long does it take to damage the balljoints? I would like to put them on as soon as possible, but I dont have the spindles or new springs yet. Thanks.
