Thicker sway bars = rougher ride????

I've been experimenting with different shock/strut settings on my Tokico adjustables and have found the "comfort spot" so to speak. The one drawback is that the car leans more in corners but not much. I'd like to get back the flat cornering WITHOUT going back to the rougher ride. Would thicker bars do this? I have the WS6 36mm/24mm bars that came originally on my Formula but replaced the rubber parts with polyurethane to help. Does anyone make a larger bar than this with all necessary bushings?

I can't help with that question directly, but..

I haven't replaced my rear anti-sway-bar from doing my axle swap yet. The ride is smoother (altho cornering's worse- I gotta get some more POR-15 to paint the bar, then I can put it on).
