Drag struts/shocks

I was thinking of getting the Lakewood setup of 70/30 Drag Struts and shocks. Would I notice a difference if I kept the stock springs?

The car already has all the other suspension goodies, LCA, frame connectors, air bags....yatta yatta yatta.
