Motor Mounts, which PN?

I need new motor mounts for my car and i was wondering what the PN is for them.

I'm going to get the energy suspension mounts. They have 2 styles available:

Two styles are available:
The 4 Bolt Style-- #3-1116 replaces inserts of the following G.M. type mounts:14039437, 9762326, 467422, 1001132, 10001133, 9764714, 459021 and aftermarket part number 2292. (Or call us or get our new catalog- for vehicle/engine applications. Two are required.)
The 3 Bolt Style-- #3-1121 replaces the inserts of the following G.M. type mounts: 15731260, 15529451, 15529452, 15592505, 22145334 and aftermarket part number 2412. (Or call us or get our new catalog- for vehicle/engine applications. Two are required.)

Which one am i supposed to get the 3 bolt or 4 bolt style?

This is for a 1991 Z28 with the l98 350

You'll want part number 3-1116, the 4-bolt style. I got my info from:
http://www.suspension.com/chevy,camaro.htm

most of the down the page. They list all of the ES bushings and mounts available for our cars. I bought my engine mounts from either Summit or Jegs though since I had other things to order at the time. A friend of mine bought from suspension.com and didn't have any problems...

Usually they list them by "clam shell" style and the older one (forget what it's called, never use them because they are used in classics '73 prior ). You want the clam shell, 4 bolt.
