Strange alignment problem

My 92Rs has an intermittent alignment problem. Sometimes the car tracks perfectly straight, and other times it pulls either right or left for a little while. Once the car reaches a different speed, it usually tracks straight again. I recently had the front end rebuilt with a PST kit, and also had the front end aligned. There is no looseness in the steering at all. Could the problem be the tires? They dont seem to have any uneven wear, but they have a decent amount a tread left. I bought the car with the tires, so Im not sure when they were bought. If not the tires what other front end components should I check?
Thanks...

this probly is not your problem, but just to make sure, try driving on different roads. there is one road near my house that has kinda sunk where the tires run, so it had 2 little dips all the way along it. when im on that road, my car wanders, doesnt do what i tell it to, and never stays straight. im pretty sure that that is caused by the width of the tires and the dips, because a crappy chevy truck i owned with skinny tires never did that, and most people ive talked to with wide tires have the same problem.

Yes, its all kinds of roads that it does it on. More so on the highway, but occasionally on the street.
