brakes locking up??

brakes locking up??
I just replaced the brakes and calpiers on my 89 iroc because the front drivers side brake won't release, then i bled thr lines. When I had first taken off the old rusted ones, the calpier was froze out. Well, changing didn't help, the bake still won't release. Any suggestions?

Brake lines... they wont release the pressure... collapsed ... i had the same problem.
