4th gen wheels on 3rd gen...
I know I need the spacers for the offset difference. Who makes them (good ones with thier own studs), and where do I get them? How much (roughly) do they cost?

A set of four will cost between $200 to $300, depending on how thick the spacers are. I also spent a little more to have them made hubcentric.
