IROC wheel backspacings?

Hi, can someone tell me the backspacings for '85-90 IROC (16x8) wheels? I've seen them listed as having 0 and 16mm offsets, which I guess means 4" and 4.625". Others have said it's actually 4.5" and 5.125". Also, which one has the deeper backspacing, front or rear? I've heard it's the rear, which seems counter-intuitive. thanks,

Chris
