Low buck Suspensions upgrades?

I plan to be putting new struts and getting my calipers rebuilt pretty soon and was wondering if there was any inexpensive mods that could be done at this time to improve handling on my 91 RS while I was getting this done since they will have to be realigning the front end and all.
I am on a very serious buget so fancy racing accesories are out. Any ideas?

Explain poly??
Suspension isnt my forte Im afraid.
I have seen the wonder bar and its def within my buget range but does it really help handling or just stiffen the body?
Is the factory Rollbar no good?
What exactly are the benefits of the shock tower bracing? I dont plan on racing my car but would like a slightly tighter feel when cornering.
Im starting at the bottom of the ladder and a lot of the post's I've read here have left me clueless because of all the anacronyms that are used so that I have don't know what is even being talked about. Is there a suspension primer 101 somewhere?

I just got done rebuilding my front suspension. I installed a polygraphite bushing kit from PST. That include new ball joints, bushings for the a arms, bushings for the sway bars, and bumpers for the sway bars. It feels much tighter and sticks much better now. I also used KYB GR2 struts. Theyre cheap and they feel much better then stock, well mine had 142,000 miles, so anything woyuld feel great. A strut tower brace will definently stiffen your front end and reduce flex. Thats my next project. Replacing your center link and idler arm is also a good idea. If you have any questions email me at pbrody@tampabay.rr.com.

how much difference did the pst kit make?
I dont want to get into a bone jarring kind
of ride since this is a daily driver car but I would like it be a bit stiffer than it is now.
