I think that SFCs are mandatory for any thirdgen car. My 2.8 camaro had cracks in the roof from body flex, so these cars twist with even tiny amounts of horsepower. SFC's really stiffen up a car.

seriously all cars should have them i have learned this. and you can find them anywhere. but i wouldnt spend over $100.00 a pair. www.chassisengineering.com has them for 89.50/pr. and i would go with these. they also have a load of other suspension parts for our cars. i am redoing my car so i dont have SFC's yet but i will before i take it out. and i dont have anycracks "yet", (KNOCK ON WOOD). but you should get them, they really help. period.

How much HP? That shouldn't be an issue. You should get them regardless. Whether its a stock daily driver, or a totally hogged out monster, it should have them.

Get the ones that are welded in.... The ones with the cross bracing as best for tightening up the whole body (KBDD or equiv.)
The main thing is put them in everyone needs them especially with "T" Tops.

Always get the weld-in ones, never get the bolt-in ones.
