Are there any 2-piston calipers that fit stock spindles?

Are there any 2-piston calipers that fit stock spindles?
I see Dynalite II from Wilwood, but they won't fit a stock mount. Considering I all ready have new cross drilled rotors, I don't want to get a whole kit either. Does anyone know of a 2-piston caliper that fits a stock front?
