too lower or too raise
As the title says:
I had an 86 camaro i raised the back end and kept the stock front, Originally v6 no ground effects.
This time around am Stuck with what i want to do with the Bird. Jack the back end up or lower the whole thing. Putting shorties on it so the exhaust should not be a problem. No ground effects on the bird either
Lets see what you all prefer and why

Re: too lower or too raise
depends, i see you are in jersey, so im sure you knwo how bad the roasd can be.
I keep my 86 at a stock height, 27" or so from the ground to the fender, a little higher in the back. That way i dont tear up the nose, or bottom out the bellhousing on the road, which i have done when i have it low.
So, i guess, a good starting point is, how high is it now? ground to fender.
i would not raise it, but just be careful if you do lower it, not to go too far so that it scrapes on driveways and bottoms out on bad roads.

Last car i had the back end raised, the front had the stock v6 suspension with an 8 under the hood. I dont know where it sits now, v6 suspension still in it, no ground effects.
Not a daily driver, mostly will be on rt18 and rt 1 seeing am sure you know those roads
so ill take it theres 2 votes to lower it

Re: too lower or too raise
I would never raise a car. Looks trashy to me. I say leave it as is, or lower it.
