Anyone used this setup from Ebay?

Its a setup from Founders Performance (never heard of em) that includes tubular lower control arms and tubular panhard bar.
I am looking to gain some overall performance over the stock garbage, but am really not sure if I need adjustable or not. I plan on drag racing my 91Z28 some, but its basically just a street cruiser. I've seen the P/H bar relocation kits too and the adjustables, but I'm not really sure what the advantages to either are over just a simple tubular bar.
Ideas? Is any of the above worth it or should I go elsewhere?

Founders parts seem to be good, a few people here have reviewed them. I bought a set of their control arm relocation brackets to use with my mumford link brackets, and they were really well made pieces, and you can beat the price.
poly bushings are probably fine for a street car. the have some bind, but unless you are pushing the car realy hard you will never notice
