curb damage causing mismatched caster, difficulty steering left?

the car spun around and landed on a curb backwards and the front left wheel rolled backwards over the curb. since then i've had it alighned, however the shop couldn't match the caster. -2.9 left and -2.7 right. it doesn't seem like much, but something is making it unusually difficult to turn left wether I'm moving at 5mph or 55mph.it also likes to drift to the right on the highway. could frame damage cause this at slow speeds? I'm hoping that it is just damaged front end components that will get replaced when I rebuild the front end.
I'm no expert here, but I'm sure this could be caused by a bent left control arm, warped bushings, ball joint, spindal or warped strut bushing?

please tell me I don't a bent frame!!!
thanks

sounds like a bent spindal. I would see if they could check it. one of my buds hit a lady with his formula and bent his all though his was so bad you could see it.

That amount of caster difference won't affect turning. You have other problems. Take it to a good body shop that can properly diagose the problem. It could be a number of different problems.

something similar happend to me, i spun out in th eran nailed drivers side front tire on a curb, broke the rim. now i replaced tire and rim had it alighned and it crabwalked and rubbed the tire on the fenderwell when turned, hard to steer and pulled to that side. damage done was a bent frame and a broken balljoint the frame bent but the lower control arm was fine so that tells me the lower control arm can take a hit but the frame can't. have it checked out man....sorry to hear and good luck

to straiten my frame + change ball joint + inner and outr wheel berrings (wasnot taking chances) it was parts plus 8.5 hrs labor to install and strainten frame...

thanks, I already have a replacement spindal, the rim and tire were ok so I'm not expecting the frame to be damaged.....
now I have to find a decent shop to bring it to,almost impossible to do in Norfolk,VA!!!
