pinion angle

I'M SORRY IF THIS HAS BEEN DONE B4, BUT I'M PIECING MY FIRST CAMARO TOGATHER (84) I JUST PUT A 350 / 350 TURBO COMBO IN, I HAVE A STOCK TORK ARM, BUT OBVIOUSLY NO MOUNT ON THE TRANNY, INSTEAD OF BOLTING ON A TAIL SECT. OFF A 700 R4, I'M GOING TO PUT A ROD END ON THE TORK ARM, AND MOUNTS ON THE CROSS MEMBER, MY PROB IS WHAT IS THE STOK LOCATION FOR THE PINION ANGLE ? AND MEASURED HOW ? ALSO AS I WILL BE ABLE TO PUT SOME ADJUSTMENT IN THE MOUNTS, WHAT IS A GOOD ANGLE FOR LAUNCHING ? THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR THE HELP.
CAR IS IN THE AIR, WELDER IS ON, JUST NEED TO KNOW WHERE TO WELD LOL, THANKS AGAIN.

I've heard 2-4 degrees down so it is level under launch loads.

Be carful on how you mount the torqe arm because they are supposed to be able to move forwards and backwords inside the factory bushing. Most of the aftermarket ones allow for this. I'm making my own too and mounting the rod end to the car so the angle can be adjusted and the arm can slide in and out.
