nosies from below

i have a 89 firebird ( l03 ) when ever i make sharp turns ( outta drive ways and parking lots mostly ) i hear creaks and pops from below. my only guess is that shocks struts and sway-bar bushings are going bad.

is this even close? i know i need to replace my front bushings ( which i will when i get a free weekend )

thanks guys

My 91 did the same thing going in and out of my driveway in turns as well as parking lots. I put new swaybar bushings and a GM wonderbar on at the same time and no more noise.
