Who makes an air suspension for F-Body
Who makes an air suspension for F-Body
I've been trying to track down someone that makes a complete air suspension for our f-bodies. I use to have some names, but the ones I found no longer offer them, and I can't find the other sources that were available. If anyone has a name, number, or website where I get in contact with them I would appreciate ir.
Thanks.

If they no longer offer them, there's probably a reason. If you want it so you can drop the car down on the frame when parked, the best thing you can do is fabricate your own. Air bags are easy to obtain. You just need to redesign the current suspension to use air bags instead of the current coil springs. Air bags are better known as air springs.
The front ones should be easy. Remove spring, install air bag, decide how to run air line. The rears will be a bit more difficult. The bottom of the air bag mount will need to be attached to the spring mount on the axle.

Here's a good starting point for you. http://www.airliftcompany.com/easystreet/indexeasy.htm
I still haven't been able to verify that they do make a kit, but I spoke with one of their dealers on another site, and he said they did. If they don't make a kit, I know they sell the bags and brackets seperate. Or if you can fabricate, it shouldn't be too hard to build one. The rear would be as simple as welding in bag brackets to replace the existing spring mounts. With the factory 3-link suspension, no mods should be required. The front shouldn't be too bad either "IF" the bags will clear the spring pockets. I don't think they will without some modifications. Some companies are making bag over strut kits for import cars. In theory this may work for 3rd gen cars too. Again, I'm not sure if a large enough bag could be put on the strut without having clearence problems.
Please post what you find out. I plan to run an air suspension on my 84 Z-28...
