Powdercoating swaybars...
I know, I know, its kinda dumb, but it will look nice. I got a set of IROC swaybars (36mm, 24mm). I just bought the bushings for them from Guldstrand, but I just realized something. If I powdercoat the bar, it will increase the thickness of it. Will I still be able to get the bushings on correctly? If the bar ends up being too thick, could I boil the bushings to expand them, then try to slide them on? Thanks guys.

don't worry abou it,just do it.the thickness of the powder coat won't make a difference

I had my sway bars jet coated besides all the beads inside my hollow bar it looks great. I had it jetcoated to match my silver coating on my tubular K frame. I just had to shake the bar untill they came out
