EXACTLY what I was about to post...is it worth it with my mods to have a driveshaft loop and lift bars in addition to SFC's? Are the loop and bars even needed in a thirgen that much? What's the difference in performance, etc? I guess what I'm trying to ask is is it worth the $400 something for the whole kit, or should we stick with STB and SFC's? Thanks.

When your buddy reaches for a 10-pound sledge and says "I think we're gonna have to modify the floor pan, okay?" the answer is NO.

I had it but the lift bars and crossmember went into a '27 Ford. The SFCs and driveshaft loop went to my 89. That basically says what is really needed from that kit for a street car.

It's a well-made kit though... Probably worth the money for a drag car.
