SFC on V6
Well, i have a 87 sport coupe, 2.8 automatic tranny, i want to put some SFC to get stifness, reduce vibration and rattles, and i was readin, that there are inner and outer SFC, i was wondering if it worth it, or just po put a single set? what do yo guys recomend me? in the future i also like a strut tower brace, here inmexico the roads are crap, full of holes, and i think those thinks could help me, thanks and sorry for my english
oh, i forgot, i only have now money for a one type inner or outer which give me best results? what brand you recommend me? thanks

Re: SFC on V6
SFCs on a V6 are no different than on a V8 or even an L4. I'd say 95% of people who put on SFCs only do singles & that is perfectly fine. About the only time I see double SFCs are on cars that are pushed HARD on autocross or sub-10 second cars.
As for brands.....In reality, all are probably just as equally effective as any other brand. It mainly comes down to personal preferences, whether it is the style (round vs square) or brand (Spohn vs UMI vs Edelbrock vs whoever else).

Re: SFC on V6
I think that is partially a personal choice & depends on which brand you go with. No brand I know of, makes both. Outer SFCs probably big big exhaust, like 4" pipes or dual exhaust. But that won't matter on your V6, unless you plan to go big later. Might wanna leave room..."just in case".
As for "better"? No personal choices here with me.

with outters, you can weld them (might have to use small plates) to the pinch weld under the rocker panels. That'll help with rattles and stuff, too.
