panhard ???
i got the adj jegster panhard rod but was wondering about the brace abover the panhard that goes diagonally up the book calls it the track bar brace. i am wondering if this piece is supposed to be straight or does it have a bend in it ?? mine is bent kinda around the exhaust area do they make stronger(aftermarket) pieces for this?

Re: panhard ???
its supposed to be bent looking in the place where the exhaust goes over it.
the only aftermarket direct replacement is from grantanelli, and its a worthless POS.
UMI and BMR fabrication make relocated upper panhard setups for exhaust clearance, but they change the suspension geometry of the rear and require other setup work to use properly.
there is really not strength issue with the stock piece. Take it off, clean it up, hit it with some paint and be done with it.

Removing the old one may be problematic--the bolt has a tendency to seize on the pass side making it nearly impossible to remove. You name it, I tried it. The old piece is still smiling in place.

Re: panhard ???
We have been wanting to make one but haven't got around to it.. to many projects.
But I always enjoy seeing people doing there own fabricating work.
