You might want to consider where all the fluid went before you put that thing on the road like that and endanger the lives of all the rest of us too.

Chances are the leak is one of the rubber lines to the front wheels or the rear end, or one of the rear wheel cylinders if you have drums.

For the love of God don't just put fluid back in it and start driving it; leaks don't just "go away" somehow, if it took a week to run dry this time, it might only take a day next time. We don't need any more unguided missiles on the roads, with all the SUVs driven by airheads on cell phones paying no attention to what's around them.

HAHAHA
i guess i shoulda been more specific...it didnt just leak out...I striped the car of everything so I could backhalf my car...
now I'm putting new brakes on the car and my cylinder is dry....due to lack of hoses connected to it..
I'm almost ready to put it back together so...can I just refill and bleed the brakes to get the air out?
or do I have to do some special process to make sure all the air is out?

*sigh of relief*

You can't be sure what people really mean sometimes, just reading what they say...

You'll need to take the MC off and "bench bleed" it. The hose connections to it aren't at the highest point in its cylinders (don't ask me whose bright idea that was!) so as long as it's on the car it's impssible to get all the air out, some will always remain trapped. After doing that, put it back on and hook the lines back up, and bleed it like you would normally.

Ok more questions about this....
I just read a few messages in the archives...and someone said something about updating to the 1LE MC...?
Mine is 1984 original for the 4 wheel disc setup..
Should I buy the newer MC? what year should i ask for at the parts store?
If not I'll use mine again...
Can you explain bench bleeding...I've never done it before..but I'll keep searchin
