Is this bad?

Is it just me, or is the front wheel leaning over way too much? BTW, this isnt my car, but I believe my car has this problem which accounts for my oversteer problem. What causes this and what fixes it?

Looks like a wee bit of sidewall flex. The wheel doesn't heel over like that... it would snap off. Thin, tall tires are the problem. The shorter and wider your tire is the less sidewall flex you will get (225/65/15 vs 245/50/16).

Another thing that could cause that is execcsive body roll. Get your car lower and put some sway bars on there to reduce wheel travel while cornering. Looks like that car is stock height.
