How to adjust Koni 12 way adjustables??

How to adjust Koni 12 way adjustables??
I'm putting my new Koni's in and I'm just wondering exactly how you adjust the ones in the rear?? Also which setting is the most firm and the most loose for the fronts and rears??

-Will be installing Baer Brakes
-Will be installing full Spohn suspension in rear
-Art Carr 700R4 trans??
