I am looking at getting a line lock. How much are the Hurst kits and install kit?? Is it fairly easy to install? Show me pics please. Thanx

 

The Hurst kit is about $120. Intall kit, with extra lines, is about $40.

i think my hurst was around 100 dollars from jegs. don't get the install kit of a third gen it's pretty much useless. thirdgens use what is called a ISO flare, or european flare and most of the fittings won't work. i ended up running all new lines from the valve to the line lock and then to the calipers.

OK This is going to sound dumb and I'm not even sure how well it works, but JCWhitney has what they call and ebrake substitue or something dumb like that, but it's a line lock for about $20.
