quick steering question and sitting uneven question

ok here is my problem.... my entire cars suspension has been fully rebuilt.... new moog springs up front and stock ws6 springs in the back.... my cars handling was very tight... my rear tires were very bald had no tread what so ever and my front tires have hardly and tread on the sides but decent tread in the center of both tires..... i got my car aligned with my new rear kuhmo ast tires..... now my cars suspension feels sloppy..... i know i have two different sets of tires up front... one is sumutimo and the other is like doral tempest or something like that.... could my front tires be causing my steering and handling to suck.. cause my car still wonders to the left and right and like i said the rear tires are new but the fronts had alot of wear on the outside of the tires but decent tread in the center... also how are you suppose to tighten swaybar bushings and endlinks and rear lower control arms.... should the cars suspesion be loaded and level then tighten all the stuff down or does it matter. because sometimes my car sits like a inch lower on the driver side and sometimes it doesnt... its really annoying me.....

Before trying and fixes, I would get a set of matched tires. You seem to not relize how IMPORTANT tires are to a cars handling. The best supension upgrades are going to waste because of your crap tires.
