How to prep car for new engine.

Will be putting in my new engine at the end of the year or so....looking at about 430hp....I would like to completely redo my suspension next month...here is what im looking at:
- Spohn LCAs w/relocation brackets
- Spohn Panhard Bar
- Spohn Subframe Connectors
- Belltech Drop Spindles
- Belltech Rear Drop Springs
- Front Springs (non lowered springs...should I go with IROC, WS6, or Z28 springs...and if so....where can I get them new?)
- News shocks and struts (which should I get?)
- Should I get IROC front and rear sway bars?? What size do I have right now?
- Where can I get a complete front end rebuild kit at a good price? I want polyurtheane.

I want something that will make my car quiet...and handle really well. Any ideas, suggestions, advice, etc? Thanks for the help.
