Do the bolts that hold the front of trailing arms in have shoulders?

Anybody know what keeps the bolts that hold the front end of the rear trailing arms in from pinching the mounting spot closed on the arm? Seems like if they get overtightened, it would make the trailing arms bind when they pivot. I'm thinking maybe the bolts have only a portion threaded, so they can only go so tight. Let me know if you know for sure. Thanks.

Yes, the bolts do have shoulders, but they don't stop the nut. The lower control arm bushings have an inner metal sleeve; I imagine that's what the bolt tightens against. The bushing's free to rotate about the inner sleeve, and the sleeve would prevent over-tightening. Can anyone confirm this, or am I out in left field?

Sounds like a reasonable explaination to me. Actually better that what I had come up with. Just wondering for future reference actually.
