I was going to put in my ROH RT wheels tonight, but what I thought would be an easy job, turned out harder than I expected. the little center part is loose so you have to put it in your self, but I'm not sure how it stays in. The gave me these little wires things with the wheels. The look like a pentagon with one side missing and the end rolled up. It looks as if it is supposed to hold the center in, but its pretty flimsy. Also they gave me these metal rings. I'm not sure what they are for, they look like they go in the back of the wheels somehow, but I'm not sure why or how. this is the first time that I've bought new wheels so I didn't really know what to expect. Can someone please help me.
