Weird Noises
Yet another issue
heres info :
406/t5 (from 87 irocz) factory driveshaft and rearend. Lowered with Jamex Springs about a year ago almost.
heres problem, when accellerating at any speed either mildly or getting into it, i have a grinding, a lot of back "shaking" coming in from the shifter and odd noises. was wondering what may be causing it. Everythign else on suspension is factory, and i just replaced my rear spring insulators the other week with brand new ones from GM. That seemed to help for a bout a day then the grinding/ noises/ shaking came back. any ideas??
thanks in advance.

tranny fluid is fine, but that wouldnt cause the rear end noise im getting would it?
I mean most of my noise is coming from behind me whenim driving, andi dont think that its something transmisison related.

check your rear wheel bearings, then check your rear gears. Mine did something like that several years ago, and when we removed the dif cover the spider gears fell apart and out onto the ground. It was amazing that they still giving movement at all!
