Silicon brake fluid

Has anyone tried silicon brake fluid in their third gen wotsit? I am just completing a custom '86 Camaro and would like to try this stuff. All the seals are new everywhere. Any comments?
One of the main reasons I am doing this is that I always manage to get some fluid on the paintwork no matter how hard i try not to!

Siclone brake fluid is almost the same as regular brake fluid. But why people use it is to preserve the seals in old the brake systems. My friend HAD to use it on his 68 subaru that has no parts avilibity. So he could keep what he had. If you have all new brake seals you should not need it. And it will still take off paint. Also it is expensive.

Interestingly enough, the US Military use it in all their vehicles (which is a good recommendation in itself!). According to my sources, it does not harm paintwork and bears no resemblance to normal "Glcol" brake fluid whatsoever (from a manufacturer of SBF). Of course they would push their product, but has anyone actually used it in a 3rd Gen vehicle?
I have contacted GM on this and they are "working on it"! I'll report back.
