Good suspension for under 500 bucks????

I need to improve my traction. I have the stock suspension. What are the main things I need to improve my 60' times (besides slicks of course)? Torque arm, subframe connectors??? What can I do for under 500 bucks that I will be satisfied with? Thanks in advance.

I'll tell you what I have been told:

1. LCA's
2. LCA Relocation Brackets
3. SubFrame Connectors

Altogether, you can get them at Spohn for $355.
