I want to rebuild my front end with new bushings.

Can I just buy these bushings at autozone? I really don't need any high performance bushings, just stock replacements would be fine.

yep you sure can. usually you can buy the front end parts seperately or in a master rebuild kit. call a parts store near you and ask what they sell.

The problem with stock replacements is the rubber is adversly affected by water and chemicals. I don't think poly bushings cost THAT much more.
It is a bit of work to change them; while you're making the effort, go with the premium parts.

88 IROC with cobbled together (not by me)drivetrain, 86 (?) TPI unit on an '83 305,CE subframe connectors, Edelbrock strut tower brace, polygraphite bushings all around...it handles like a dream, but man is it hard to push!!
