Rebuilding Steering Box?
Hi All,
Does anyone have any experience rebuilding a steering box? If so, can you reccomend a shop manual or technical reference that is readily available?

Yup. Several.
GO to the junkyard, buy one, and take it apart. When you master that, try it on your own. There's nothing real magical about them; you need regular tools for the most part, a big vise helps ALOT, some big pliers and/or a Crescent wrench, a punch (5/32" or so IIRC); and some thick non-fiber grease for holding those damn little ***** in the track while you put it back together. Soak the sealing rings in the rebuild kit in boiling water for a few minutes to soften them up before you put them in.
