Getting a strange noise during launch

Every time I launch during a race on the street or the strip my back end makes a bang noise. Im not sure if its the springs or not. The car is mostly stock except for a few mods. 1989 rs 305 camaro. Any suggestions would be nice.

Check your tranny mount. Ill bet its broken.

I second the tranny mount. I had the same thing happen to me, except it was just that the bolts had come all the way loose.
