Drivers side tire rubs when turned full lock right -- Stock tire size

Hey guys,

I've been having a problem with my front wheels. On the drivers side, when I'm at or near full lock turn to the right, my wheel rubs on the sway bar/inner fender to the point you can see the wear marks. It's taken off the powder coating on my sway bar in one spot. I'm runnin 15" wheels with 235/60/15 stock size tires. The only threads I've been able to find on this are several years old and really don't answer my question. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What is your alignment? I was running positive camber before and it rubbed on headers AND sway bars, but now that I have -1 degree of camber, it doesn't rub in those locations anymore.

I am using the factory specs for alignment as it was performed at a local dealership.

that's what i had too before when it was rubbing.. factory specs are crap IMO, they give you not enough caster and positive camber (for less tire wear it seems). I would get as much caster as possible (better straight line stability, but make sure caster on the passenger wheel is 0.5 degrees more than the driver's side in order to not wander towards the crown in the road), and have negative camber around -0.5 degrees for better performance in handling.

Beyond aside from that, I think the positive camber might be the culprit the your rubbing issue so changing it to positive may help, or it may not.
