Spohn Products not for Street Use?

On Spohn's Website: Warranty/Disclaimer-
"Spohn Performance, Inc. makes no claims, nor does it intend its products to be used in street driven vehicles"

Hmmm...any ideas as to why not for street driven vehicles? Heres is the list of items I was planning to buy..but now it worries me:

Chrome Moly Poly Bushings Panhard
LCA Relocation Brackets
Adjustable Poly Bushing Torque arm with loops
Sub Frame Connectors
Extreme Duty Driveshaft
Moser Eng. Ford 9" Rear with Thru-Bolt Aluminum Case, Auburn Posi, 31 Spline, Install Kit, and 3.50 gears.

------------------
1992 Teal Camaro RS
T-Tops
305 TBI V8
Open air element
3" Flowmaster Exhaust System w/Quad Tips
Aiwa CD/Mp3 player
10 Disc CD Changer
Rockford Fosgate Speakers
SLP Headers Coming
Dynomax High Flow Cats Coming
More to come.

There are tons of people that use his products on the street. I think that warning is just a general liability disclaimer. I haven't heard of anyone having a problem with any Spohn parts.

Almost all racing racing/performance products have liability statements on them like that. You are making your car faster, have a stiffer suspension for handling, yadda yadda yadda. Speeding and turning hard can cause accidents which can kill or injur you are bystanders, and the company that you buy your parts from doesnt want to be responsible for your actions while using their products.

it's all about lialibilty and not the quality or fittness for use of the parts

Thats what i figured...but I also thought that maybe the spherical rod ends had something to do with it....thinking those werent exactly street friendly.

Their is an old saying I heard when I nearly knocked my self out on a low level special operations parachute jump. "If you wanna dance,ya gotta pay! If you want to do high performance stuff. Things can,and will happen
